What does your service consist of ?

Our company is dedicated to providing you with a beautiful Holiday display from start to finish. Our all-inclusive price includes everything (light and material rental, installation, removal and servicing if necessary). There are no hidden costs.

How do you calculate the price for a job?

There are several factors that contribute to the price of a job. These factors include the complexity of the job, the amount of roofline to be decorated, the number of lights and materials that are used and of course the length of time necessary to complete the job. We take our time on each and every job, and pride ourselves on providing you with the most professional lighting display available.

What happens if I have a problem with my lights?

Our qualified installers are trained to take all of the necessary measures to prevent any problems with your lights. However, if you do have a problem with your lighting, we have full time service technicians ready to correct the problem as soon as possible. During our 2004 season we installed lights on over 250 model homes and had only 2 service calls. This is largely due to the fact that we have become experts at installing lights on model homes, and furthermore understand how to work within the Electrical parameters.

What About Insurance?

We carry full general liability (1 million plus 2 million aggregate), and worker’s comp. Waiver of subrogation and additional insured certificates are not a problem. Once we started working with developers we received our Ph D in Insurance.
